Beth is an amazing hair dresser! I’ve been coming to Salon Annora for a few years now. The atmosphere is lovely and uplifting always. Whether it’s bright summer blondes or darker fall tones Beth knows exactly what I’m looking for in a new do! Could not recommend her more!

I have been going here for years and will not be going anywhere else. Katy does my hair perfect every time and it’s such a well maintained space! If you’re looking for a new hair salon this is a great place that won’t let you down!

I love Salon Annora! With friendly, talkative, talented stylists, it’s a comfortable “Steel Magnolias” oasis smack in the middle of Portland’s edgy and hip lower Southeast Division Street. Lisa Friedman, my stylist, is a hair color master, adding lovely honey-gold tones to my dark brown hair. I’m always getting compliments from friends and co-workers. Love the people, the patter, and the professionalism. And if you aren’t a chatty type, that’s fine too. Just relax and enjoy your glow-up.

Katy and I are working toward returning to my natural color which is gray. Katy was amazing I never would have been able to complete this process without her talent and vision. She worked with me on a plan to move to a lighter color and blending the hair so it looks natural. The pictures show how my hair transitions from brown with highlights to nearly completely gray. It was a difficult decision to let my hair go to natural gray because I thought I had no other option other than living with that gray strip that is a dead giveaway. When I told Katy that I wanted to go gray, she was excited and upbeat as she always is. She was able to work up a plan. She explained and assure me that I could still have a nice look while letting my gray hair grow. As always she did a great job. She always takes her time being thoughtful and precise with the color change which was to get the hair as light as possible and let the gray blend in. She is really an artist. I could not be happier. The ambiance at the salon is more of Katie’s vision, beautiful artwork, plants and a calming atmosphere. Patricia Ancharski

Katy had a last minute cancellation and was able to squeeze me in. I’d never booked with her until my friend recommended her. Katy was very communicative and friendly I told her what I had in mind and she took it from there. She discussed some options and gave advice. Not only is Katy a naturally talented stylist, she’s very experienced, she’s friendly and has a positive attitude. She also took a minute to explain how the various types of color methods will affect my hair long term. She loves what she does. I sincerely had such a great time with her.! I’ll be returning next again next time I’m in town! 💇‍♀️
