Emailed a day or 2 before Christmas and didn’t think I’d be able to get in. But the salon was super nice and accommodating. My stylist Mia, did an amazing job with my cut and balayage/reverse balayage. My hair feels so healthy, love it so much. I’m always hesitant going to a new salon but I highly recommend Salon Oko and Mia!
Mel was amazing! I messed up the booking and she was able to still accommodate me for a haircut. She also did a great job with my hair even though I'm so bad at knowing what I want so could give her very few directions. And she let me take my baby there;-) She's very talented! Highly recommend!
I recently visited Salon Oko and saw Pawel for my first-ever pixie cut — and I’m honestly so thrilled with how it turned out. Going this short was a huge step for me, especially with my long, oblong face shape, but Pawel made me feel completely at ease. He understood what I wanted right away and shaped the cut so beautifully that it flatters me in the best way. I really love how clean and seamless this look turned out. Thank you, Pawel, for making me feel so good, confident, and light!

I am so happy with the way my hair turned out and I look forward to going back! Unfortunately I did not think to take a before picture but here are a couple of after photos, I love it!
Ive had my hair done twice here now, and saw Mel both times. I was nervous because I always had my mom whose a stylist do my hair and im transmasc and I always get nervous going to stylists (due to bigotry). But ive always been made to feel welcome and not judged here even when ive asked for a masculine cut. As for a cut, its efficient and also very well done. Perfect cut and really beautiful highlights. Mel is also very nice and I like seeing her for hair. The other staff is very nice and supportive too and the clients there seem happy and jovial. I will continue to come back and I am grateful they are queer friendly ✨️ Price wise it is expensive as it is on the luxury stylist end. That isnt an issue for me personally at this time (nor a critique) just letting the facts be transparent! About payment I really love you can still tip in cash for stylists, which I prefer.
