I have been going to Salon Revive for years, and Heran is my go to stylist with Else assisting. The customer service is always excellent, and the salon is consistently clean and welcoming. My hair has grown so much under Heran’s care, and the Aveda products make a noticeable difference. I have confidently referred friends and family over the years. The staff is warm, friendly, and truly knowledgeable about hair care.

I have been going to Salon Revive for years (specifically for stylist Lily). This is the first salon I found in D.C that really treated my hair gently, they were very complimentary about my hair type (4c), and educated me on the best ways to care for my hair. I have been to a lot of salons in D.C that were really rough with my hair, causing breakage/unpleasant experiences. At this salon, they take their time and give good trims and treatments. My hair always feels great afterwards, and the atmosphere is pleasant/relaxing. I have moved away from DC, but miss this salon and Ms. Lily as my stylist.

Hi Yodit, I'm writing to share some concerns regarding my appointment on Saturday, as I believe it's important feedback for the overall client experience. I was scheduled with Sonya at 10am for color and strengthening. When I arrived, I noticed she was handling both m service and other client who was receiving highlights and color, with no assistance from anyone on staff. Although she started on me first, it became clear she was juggling both clients entirely on her own. After my strengthening treatment was washed out, I waited approximately 40 minutes after I was blow-dry before she was able to return to me. During that time, the salon was fairly empty, and I observed other stylists chatting while not offering any help to Sonya, despite her being visibly overwhelmed. From a customer standpoint, the lone wait and lack of team support did not feel good, and it affected the overall quality of my experience. I want to emphasize that Sonya was professional and doing her best, but she clearly needed support. My intention is not to complain about her, but to share how uncomfortable it felt as a client to be left waiting while watching other staff remain unoccupied. I hope this feedback helps ensures a smoother and more attentive experience for clients in the future. Thanks, you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate your attention.

Amazing service + education! I’ve been natural for several years, but since coming here my hair has truly flourished. Not only am I always very satisfied with the service, but I learn great tips to keep it healthy. I strongly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for incredible natural hair stylists! (The salon is beautiful as well.)

I have been visiting Salon Revive for years and feel so grateful to have found a salon with such expertise at handling all types of curly hair! It’s always a relaxing, clean, and calming environment and I look forward to taking time out of my busy schedule and coming. All the ladies here are very kind and professional and Heran does an incredible job on my hair every time. I always leave feeling my best.
