Abby used to cut our golden doodles great. Until another person cut our one dog and ruined his under coat. Now he can't grow it back on most of his back and doesn't look like the same dog anymore. We have left messages with no return. BEWARE!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, their service was professional, reliable, and full of genuine care for my dogs. I feel confident trusting them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch pet care.

Disappointed in Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service We visited this location specifically because it was advertised on Google as offering a self-serve dog wash. However, when we arrived with our dog, we were told by four staff members—who appeared to be unoccupied—that they couldn’t accommodate us because no one was available to set up the bath. We were also informed that vaccine records needed to be verified, which was not a problem since we have immediate access to our dog’s full medical history through our vet’s app. What was most frustrating was being told that the self-wash service is “not really a walk-in option,” which directly contradicts the way it’s promoted online. This experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. If self-wash isn't truly available as advertised, the listing should be updated to reflect that. It's disappointing to see such a lack of effort and clarity in customer service.
