I had great first time experience with Merilyn! She was so knowledgeable about hair and gave me great pointers for my keratin upkeep. My natural hair is 4c/4b. Also, it helps to purchase the products and follow directions on how to use them. The salon owner brought a great energy to the salon and made me as a new client feel very welcomed. Great job ladies! Austin needs an establishment like yours!

Tiffany was amazing. I went in for a wash, trim and a blow dry. Very professional, friendly and timely. She was on time and explained everything about my service. She was gentle and when i tell u my blow out was silky smooth. Will definitely be back.

Go see Luis! he is fantastic, did absolutely amazing job with my X-tensions (hair extensions). I have found the best salon home in ATX. I received a beaded weft install. This install is the most natural and versatile sew in I have ever had. The hair is very silky and shiny and doesn’t shed. Luis, not only goes above and beyond, but is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. I will definitely be coming again to Salon X change and recommending others.

Last time I got a silk press was last year for the first time. I went again since the weather is starting to get cool again. Geo always does a great job with my hair, she’s very nice and makes it an easy process. I want to try to come in more often for a blowout and trim. I’m excited to see how my hair flourish’s on this journey of hair growth I’m on. The environment is always clean and I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. 10/10 recommend.

Long story short, I will be a returning client. I originally booked an appointment for a wash and blow with a trim. The night before I decided I actually wanted to cut my hair into a bob. I was greeted warmly by Marilyn upon arrival. I told her that I wanted to change my initial style and she gladly accommodated my request. I was educated thoroughly on how to care for my hair at home and learned so much! She made sure I was satisfied with my style before I left the shop and all of the ladies were a joy to be around. This salon reminded me of girlhood and I will be a standing client from now on!
