Overall underwhelming. We have been here twice -- first time the food was good but service was slow. The second time though will be our last. Service was quite slow again -- we went most of the meal with no water, and were never asked if we'd like a second drink. Then, they brought out the wrong dish. When I mentioned that it was the wrong dish, he appeared skeptical that we didn't order what he brought. I'm fully confident we said what we remembered saying, because the dish they brought was not one we'd even considered. Mistakes happen though, no problem. However then they asked if we wanted the wrong dish anyways, and said that they'd still remake the one we ordered and bring it out later. We agreed to that, and when they brought it back out the guy made a point of saying "this one is on the house." Um, obviously? Since we didn't order it? He acted like he was doing us a favor. We only agreed to take it so that my wife had something to eat rather than my dish sitting there getting cold while we waited for the new one. Then they bring the bill and of course both dishes are on the bill. The server removed it at my request, but at no point during any of this did they apologize for the mistake. Hopefully the management of this restaurant knows that they need to compete (on both food and service) with a lot of great restaurants here.

Stopped in for cocktails and appetizers 3/13/26. Zach N. was our awesome bar server. Crispy Tennessee Hot Octopus - 5 stars, Calamintha - 5 stars!

What a delightful meal at Salt & Flour. Zach was extremely attentive and elevated the already excellent experience to a new level. Every bite was delicious!
