Do not waste your time. We watched the waiting room fill and empty twice while my son cried in pain. We were deemed not as urgent as others so we kept being pushed back in the line. After being told it would be 25 minutes before checking in, a hour once we did check in and waiting for almost two hours watching everyone else be called back, I was done. Awful!!! My son's pain is just as legitimate as anyone else's and we deserve better.
My wife has been sick for days she’s been extremely exhausted and dehydrated. She comes in waits to see a doctor only to be told to take Pepto Bismol!?! This doctor didn’t even look at her, didn’t listen or do any assessments. He tried prescribing something for nausea when she kept saying she wasn’t nauseous! He just wanted her out!
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! i went to this place back in october for a UTI test. took them an hour to find my insurance, when i was finally seen, they told me they didn’t see anything and i was good to go. when i was in the car leaving, they called me and said “by the way, every time we do a urine test on women we test for pregnancy, you know your pregnant, right?” i did not. (weird they wouldn’t tell me news like that in the clinic). i am 18 years old, and was visiting out of state for a concert. after they told me news like that, i missed the first hour of my concert. my whole world felt like it was flipped outside down. it was the worst feeling i have ever felt in my entire life. i have never been so distraught. i had to call my mother and put her through the same distress. the next day, i drove back to my home in idaho, and went to the ER there. they took my blood, and did another urine test. both came back negative. this salt lake facility gave me a false positive. we fought them on this matter, and they defended themselves saying they followed all their procedures correctly and did nothing wrong. do not trust this place.
I have genuinely never been spoken to so rudely over the phone. I called wanting to know what a specific doctor is or is not able to diagnose as I am being referred for a very specific genetic condition that only specific genetic specialists can diagnose. I understand not being able to release certain info about the doctors, but not being able to tell me simple things like transfer me to their MA so i can make sure that if i make an appointment, im not wasting my money? It’s extremely expensive seeing a specialist, and to make an appointment with a doctor who can’t even diagnose something that I am being referred for is a waste of money and time. I completely understand that doctors and MAs are very busy, but such is the medical field, this is peoples lives on the line and it is important work. I was told multiple times by the person on the phone, “well what does it say on the website? how about you start there” and she sounded super bugged at me. or “I can’t tell you what he specializes in and I can’t refer you to his office unless you’re an established patient.” but why would i be an established patient unless i know he can do what i am paying him to do? Then when I asked how long the doctor was booked out for, she didn’t even know that either. What is the point of having people answer the phones if they don’t know how to answer simple questions? I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE HR MANAGER and she was even confused and referred me back to them just for them to treat me even more rudely the second time.
RN Jose was incredibly nice and comforting, and it was evident that he has a true passion for his work. I was quite nervous about having staples removed from my head, especially as it was my first time, but Jose handled the procedure with such skill and care that I felt completely at ease. Dr. Kevin S. His kindness and charisma were greatly appreciated, and it’s clear that he genuinely enjoys what he does. Thank you both for making my visit a positive experience.
