Just partnered with Salt Block to host our company's holiday cocktail party. They exceeded every expectation! Interactive food stations were delightful and Chef was onsite to make sure everything was up to par. The bar staff were unbelievably hospitable. The captain, Z, made my life soooo easy, kept a drink in my hand and food on my plate all evening. Dreamy experience. Hire them!

Saltblock Hospitality was legendary! They catered our wedding through a package with our venue, Haus 820, and everything from start to finish was incredible. The food was outstanding, and our Sales Manager, Parker, was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. We had experienced Saltblock at multiple wedding events prior to ours, and every time their food was dynamic, consistent, and delicious — which gave us so much confidence going into our wedding day. From hors d'oeuvres to salads to entrées, everything was a hit. Get the butcher block chicken! It was truly amazing. Our guests loved the food. We were literally receiving texts the week after our wedding from guests saying they were craving Saltblock’s salad. We also added the Lavender French 75 as Communication was spot on throughout the process, and when their menu evolved between our tasting and wedding date, Saltblock still honored our original selections without hesitation. The food, drinks, and service were all top-notch, and we are so thankful to have had such an incredible catering team on our wedding day.

We used Allison Favis and her team at Saltblock for our annual company party and they were fantastic! They were communicative, helpful, timely and most importantly - the food was delicious! All of our guests raved about the food especially the grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters!! Run, don't walk to have Saltblock cater your next event - they were impeccable!!!!

SaltBlock catered our rehearsal dinner through armature works and it was fantastic! We did one of the buffet packages and we not only had great food but had leftovers! The street corn is fantastic. Working through armature works (220) made this a breeze.
