I would highly recommend Sam Detroit Auto Repair for all of your repair needs. I was greeted by their staff courteously when I arrived, my repair was diagnosed quickly, and my vehicle was repaired timely. The recommendations of additional brake repairs were items that I had been delaying but were needed. I would also like to mention that I have visited their shop in the past and was told of repairs that were not needed or did not make sense based on the age of my old vehicle. Sam gets 5 stars.

This is the BEST auto repair shop in Detroit. They are always kind and friendly, not to mention they do quality work and don’t kill your pockets and offer several payment options!!!! I feel very blessed to have come in contact with this shop. I know that everything happens for a reason for sure. I appreciate the owner Sam and both managers Al and Dawn for their patience with me. I do not have a easy car to work on at all and know if I went to the dealership, I would be out of thousands. They also had to fix another repair shops mistake. I will say that historically repair shops have been given a bad name to not be trustworthy, but I feel in my spirit this is a good place to trust. They know their customers by name and as a newly Doctor of philosophy of Women in Leadership, it warms my heart that they promote an atmosphere of inclusion and diversity with a woman (Dawn) being in a position of power at the facility.
