Had an awesome experience with Sam’s Electronics this past February. We had purchased a TV and used the all state insurance it came with. When scheduling to get our TV fixed we were provided with Sam’s Electronics. This was easiest and fastest experience we’ve had where we got our TV scheduled for repairs and then fixed in less than 2 days. Sam was very accommodating when scheduling the appointment. When he arrived for the appointment, he was on time, professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and he repaired our TV in a short amount of time. If you are looking for someone to look at your TV, and possibly other types of electronics call Sam’s Electronics. You won’t be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with Sam’s Electronics! They arranged everything incredibly fast, within just 3 days. Sam came to my house and fixed my OLED TV efficiently and professionally. Very pleased with my experience on this service to repair my TV. The response was quick and efficient. Sam is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful info to share: Sam Sung initially referred my repair order to Service Quick. After no response from Service Quick I looked up their online reviews. About 99% of reviews stated their experience of terrible service. I then called Sam Sung to request an alternative vendor. I am so pleased my order was then placed with Sam’s.

My refrigerator stopped cooling getting the manufacture to warranty it was the hardest part . Once they gave the ok Miles called me the day after and worked around my schedule and had it fixed in an hour . Mind you I live on the Waianae Mākaha line way out there. Excellent service .Excellent technition

I got an email from AC company that I needed an important repair on my 2 AC and to contact Sam's Electronics. Sam came to my home to do repair and he also cleaned both ACs then gave some maintenance advice. He was so helpful,friendly and respectful. Thank you Sam for your awesome assistance.
