My father was placed on hospice over the weekend and I was trying to get some paperwork and a will that my father had created and left unsigned and unwitnessed signed and notarized. Robert was wonderful. He offered to come out that very morning, and he willingly and graciously came out two more times on Sunday, the last after I discovered a second, more recent will on my Dad's pc created by a local lawyer. I would highly recommend using this notary service. I called them to find out exactly what I needed to do and the gentleman I spoke to was EXTREMELY polite and was nice enough to inform me that, in my case, I didn't need to use their notary service because I could just go to my bank and have it done for free. So.... even though they could have taken my money, they chose to inform me that I had a better option with my bank. I believe that shows the character of the people who work there. If I ever need a notary in the future to come to me....I will DEFINITELY be calling "San Antonio Mobile Notary Public".
My wife and I needed to have a document notarized which had both of our names on it - and that made the situation nearly impossible because my wife leaves for work at 7:00 a.m., and she returns home late and she commutes to a distant almost to Austin. We'd dealt with a succession of huge screw-ups by the staff at a major branch of our bank (my updated review will follow) and we were therefore up against a looming deadline. A search of Google+ led me to Robert - and this is a perfect example of why I feel so strongly about taking the time to do reviews, because there are occasions when we've benefited tremendously from Google+ reviews and this was one of them. My wife's severe work schedule constraints coupled with our bank's major screw-up on Saturday meant that we needed a mobile notary public to come to our building before 7:00 a.m., either today or tomorrow. I phoned Robert of San Antonio Mobile Notary yesterday and explained the situation, after which he readily agreed to meet us in our lobby by 6:50 a.m. today. He actually arrived way ahead of schedule, so we were rushing to get dressed. :) Naturally we paid a premium for this early-morning and distant meeting, but Robert really helped us out. In addition, he's one of the friendliest and nicest people we've ever met. Thank you, Google+ and thank you, Robert!
