Tree Surgeons have provided wonderful service 2 times so far. The first was an emergency of broken limbs and a dead tree trunk wedged between houses which they took care of the same week. The second was raising the canopy of four 70 year old Pecan and Live Oak trees that were encroaching on us and both neighbors. We are all very happy with the results. We think the prices were reasonable for the risk and gymnastics required to scale and work in trees 30 foot tall or more to keep our leafy protectors healthy and happy.
Absolute best service ever. I would call these guys again, even if I didn’t have trees! Lol! The arborist that came by gave us honest, concise professional information, and his honest opinion. He got right to the root of our problems…which, strangely enough, were actual roots. They gave us advice for a future care and recommended future services without being pushy at all. Their approach to customer service is more like “you’re an adult and you know you need the services. Let me give you the information that’s important to you so you can make an informed decision on your own“ instead of upselling like some companies. Love love LOVE SA Tree Surgeons! I give them 10 out of 10, 2 green thumbs up and 3 out of 3 squirrels!
Recently, I arranged for the removal of a 30-year-old tree from my front yard. The decision was challenging; however, the root system had begun to threaten my foundation and encroach upon my neighbor's property. The team from San Antonio Tree Surgeons demonstrated exceptional efficiency and professionalism. My initial consultation was with Mr. Paul, an arborist, who conducted a thorough site assessment, provided a comprehensive estimate that I found reasonable, and addressed all my numerous inquiries. The removal team exhibited a high degree of expertise, successfully completing the tree removal without incident and conducting a thorough cleanup afterward. Additionally, I engaged the services of the San Antonio Tree Surgeons’ staff to remove the stump, during which the worker explained the process in detail. The office personnel responsible for scheduling both the removal and stump grinding were courteous and professional. It is of utmost importance to me that companies offer a comprehensive service package covering all essential aspects. I highly recommend the San Antonio Tree Surgeons.
Professional service provided. It was a big job and it was performed to specs. Great Customer Service, response time and execution. Slight glitch on pricing vs job but all was resolved very well in the end. I highly recommend them
