Great service here! The staff is friendly, fast, and really takes care of you. My car came out looking super clean and the whole process was smooth. Definitely a solid spot for a wash, and I appreciate how attentive they are to customers. Would recommend!

Worst car wash I ever had in my entire life. I had to go to another car wash after because they didn’t wipe down anything and left my car with horrible horrible streaks. Do not waste your time or money on these idiots.

On a recent trip to UTC, Costa Verde Car Wash put a deep gash in the tint on my driver’s side window. I calmly reported it to the Assistant Manager, who told me to return the next day to file a claim with the manager who was off the day of the incident. When I came back, the Manager, Caleb, was dismissive, insulting, and condescending, insisting his employee couldn’t have done it, even though he wasn’t there that day. He showed me the camera footage from the area where the incident most likely occurred, and I watched the worker vacuuming the front seat of my car with something in his back pocket. Caleb still denied that the worker touched my car with “100% certainty,” which is impossible to claim. He went on to say they have no liability coverage, brushed me off, and gave me the number for the Operations Manager, Cameron Rob, who never had the courtesy to call me back. I had a membership with this place for four years while living in UTC. Caleb not only insulted my intelligence but my character as well, treating me as though I was looking for a handout. To top it off, he patted me on the back and said, “Sorry buddy, I cannot help.” This isn’t about the cost to fix the tint, it’s about the complete lack of accountability from both the Manager and the Director of Operations, and how they treat loyal customers. If they damage your vehicle, don’t expect accountability or even basic courtesy.

Took my car there once and got their #5 which was $79.99 to get both interior and exterior of my car cleaned and they did a acceptable job! They could clean a little more carefully and caring for details but it was definitely better than many other car washes I have ever been to. Their staff were friendly and helpful.

Very bad job, they oversold me and they didn’t perform, I show them a few Spots at the check in, the guy charge almost double to “fix” after 3 hours the job was very poor. The seats they just put a greasy liquid instead of clean in the leather. It took the manager 15 min to show up and just gave us all kind of excuses, I ask to talk to the guy that received the car and oversold us and he gave more excuses . Just look at the pictures in the review, I don’t understand how a business like this is still in existence. They refuse to give me any refund or credit. Even the windows have spots .
