Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. I was most worried about not being able to enjoy my wedding because of the logistics. But thankfully all was well managed and we had the best day! We were relaxed and able to fully be in our wedding! I cannot thank them enough. For anyone getting married, they are a must!
I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated having Rachel and her teammate, Alicia, coordinate our wedding. Rachel was extraordinarily organized and on top of things from day one, and as we got closer to our wedding, she was a speedy communicator, answering any and all questions that came up. We even had a small issue arise with communication with our venue, and Rachel stepped up and reassured us that if any problems came from it, she'd handle it--and she did! I am so grateful for the confident and no-nonsense way she managed everything, all while still being extremely kind and welcoming. She's someone you quickly feel able to confide and trust in. On the day of, Rachel and Alicia set up our decor stunningly, improving on our own ideas. And throughout our reception, we didn't have to give a thought to the flow of events or making things happen--we just got to enjoy it while Rachel and Alicia made things flow smoothly behind the scenes. They also made packing up a breeze, and we were out of the venue almost immediately after our event wrapped up. I cannot emphasize enough what a difference booking Rachel and her team made to our day, and I highly recommend them! I can't imagine our wedding day without them.
From the very beginning, Rachel was not only a sweetheart but also a true professional. We hired her for Day Of coordination for our wedding at the Catamaran, and she made sure everything was planned perfectly and ran like a dream. When the notorious bike riders of Mission Beach rolled by just before the ceremony, Rachel skillfully timed the start to make sure they cleared the area. It was such a perfect day, and we truly couldn't have done it without her!
We had a great experience working with Rachel! We did the full package because between my job and COVID, I didn't have any time to plan a wedding. It was the best decision I made -- she booked a florist, got a beautiful (and honestly the most delicious) wedding cake, negotiated down the price of our catering, and hired a very lovely and professional DJ too! She has great connections to some excellent vendors in San Diego to make your wedding special. We did the event in my backyard. She came over a couple of times to get the layout and help plan everything. She was very organized and kept us on track the day of the wedding. She is super duper responsive. She sometimes got back to me in a matter of minutes to hours (faster the closer it got to our wedding date). She communicated well and clearly. She made me feel like I was the only wedding she was working on rather than just another client. She is bubbly and lovely and energetic! I really enjoyed working with her.
I had the pleasure of getting to work with Rachel 4 months prior to my wedding. She came to the rescue every time I started to have a bit of anxiety planning for the wedding. I reached out to her when there were many questions that came up while planning in which I had no idea how to answer or know where to begin to research. She calmed my nerves multiple times throughout the wedding planning process and she always responded via text or email very enthusiastically, quickly, and reassuringly with more advice than what I would have expected. I must thank her for providing over half of the vendors and services at my wedding which is why and how my wedding turned out not just beautifully but, beyond what I even imagined. From the florist, to the deserts, to the linen/rental and to the smallest details of signs/decor, I owe a lot to Rachel for helping make everything come to life. All vendors she recommended were very cost efficient, friendly and did their job well with enthusiasm just like her :-) She also provided all 12 of my table center pieces, my sweetheart table mr/mrs. sign and came to the rescue with a back up ceremony aisle runway as the rental company forgot my runway! Not only is Rachel an amazingly organized and friendly coordinator, but she's FUN and all of my guests were raving about her! I along with all 115 guests recommend her as all of our guests came to know her throughout the night. Rachel helped make the best party of my life one to always remember and I can say so with my utmost enthusiasm.
