Jose has been doing all my alterations for years, and brings some of my custom garment ideas to life. So glad he opened this permanent space in Hillcrest! I keep going back for the following reasons (1) He can turn around alterations QUICK (2) His prices are super reasonable (3) His work is consistently neat and clean. He won't give it to you unless he is, at minimum, satisfied with his own work. All my alterations have come back perfectly (4) if you can dream it, he can probably make it (BONUS) He is just nice guy to do business with. He will be 100% transparent about what can and cannot be done. He will not waste your time or money. He sincerely cares the he does the job right and that the customer is happy.
I had an urgent issue, and Jose kindly helped me right away without any hesitation. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to friends or anyone who needs repairs, alternatives, or changes.

Jose is great! He is so professional, honest and works fast! Those qualities are hard to find. I have taken several pieces to him: from shirts, jeans, and most recently sweat pants, and he never disappoints. He treats every piece with care and his work is impeccable! He has a customer for life!
