My family and I had some pretty serious issues arise and ultimately had to obtain a restraining order. He never tried to push or upsell which i appreciated. We ended up following up with a call and I hired him. Gave him all the information I could and waited. Within 24 hours one of the subjects was found and served!! I decided to hold off on the 2nd person since they were not yet needed, and I did have a budget to stay within. John was very responsive and detailed no matter how many questions I asked whether by phone, text or email. He was extremely professional and made sure any commitment he made was within his ability to provide. Overall I am very happy with the service rendered and will be contacting him again if I am in need of additional services he offers.
