We have concerns about our bus ride experience. The bus was overbooked so two people had to get off. He didn’t count or even take role to see who was really signed up to ride the bus. The driver did not speak English which made it very hard to communicate. The air conditioning blew so hard it was freezing cold air blowing on all of us. Because he didn’t speak English, we could not explain to turn it down but not off. We made a stop for a potty break but didn’t really understand why we were stopping because he couldn’t explain why we were stopping because he didn’t speak English. We thought we were getting a bus with a rest room but to our surprise it was NOT. He was a very sweet man, but it was a scary ride home. He hit every pot hole and bump possible. It was raining and that made us even more concerned. We will never do this again!
My daughter’s school used them for a field trip. The guy was great!
Bad customer service and be carefull of the dogs. They are loose and chained all night they look awful and mistreated. Very rude (owner)
