Rude, unprofessional, little to none knowledge. We had been working with them for the pass 2 years since it close by and we new to the area. The price is not consistent, very mood-dependence. Phone courtesy is always horrible, when you want to ask for more information. This year, we have a friend that has license and willing to help us to filing for tax. NEVER IN MY LIFE I EXPERIENCE SUCH A RIDICULOUS UNCOOPERATIVE ATTITUDE. I just want a simple AGI number, and the guy who did tax for us in the last 2 year traigh up said: " he doesn't know what is that number". After back and forward for more than 30m the number they gave us is WRONG. DON'T GOING TO THIS PLACE. In vietnamese:" làm ăn như cứt"

Do not waste your time or money here. They are very unprofessional, and have no consideration for people and there finances. At first I though this was a good move, but after they got my money I have not hear from them to verify they filed my taxes as I have not gotten my refunds... I will be contacting the BBB and IRS to file a formal complaint! Highly recommend no one use this service!

When I first walked into this place I was a little thrown off by the rude asian girl. She talked to me in a very unprofessional manner. Then comes her coworker or someone related to her and he tells me to give me my w-2s. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my documents there. I still yet to be called in to get my taxes done. Plus they never answer their phone. Overall weird and unprofessional experience. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews on yelp. Are they only nice and helpful to just a particular grouo of people or what? Maximum frustration...
