Horrible experience. We booked a session for my son’s 12th birthday. We had reservations for dinner 2 hours after our appointment time since the session was supposed to take 45 minutes. We received emails stating we must arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment. We show up 20 minutes early with our entire crew. The place was very unorganized but they rushed us through the check-in as if we were late. We all check in, and have to stand around without anyone directing us where to go or what to do. Finally someone acknowledges us and shows us where to go. At this point, it’s past our appointment time so we’re wondering when we’ll get to start or if we’ll have time to even finish. We wait another 20 minutes before someone lets us know they’re running 20 minutes late. I think, no problem, we have enough time for the event and to still make it to our dinner reservations. Then. We wait another hour! They move us from one side of the facility to another without even an apology or explanation. At this point, we are going to be late to our restaurant reservation. We continue to wait and finally our party is able to begin. While they’re in their session, several adults who are waiting in our party want to sit because it’s been HOURS and we were told we need to move and make way for other guests. No one apologized or even acknowledged the fact we had no where else to go. I finally asked to speak with someone in management. The manager was the same person rushing us to check in and moving us all around. I voiced my disappointment in the whole experience but it was met with apathy and complete lack of care. Will never come back! Total waste of money.
Very cool experience if you're into gaming! Headset, arms & legs trackers, and haptic vest. Several games to choose from. A little pricey but tons of fun, game play was about 25 minutes. They were short staffed and our 11:35 appointment got moved to 12:05. Other than that a solid experience!
Awesome experience. The guy that helped us was just not that friendly not to the point that it ruined it or anything but when I'm spending $60 person can ypu act like this your job and be a little more helpful with the instructions for the gear. If he took 30 seconds to demonstrate how to put the gear on that would help.
So much fun! Can’t wait to go back. I was MVP of my group which I get to brag about lol. Only thing I would change would be letting people choose the weapon they want instead of being limited to what’s left after others choose before you. Example: my boyfriend got to choose first so that weapon couldn’t be chosen again by someone else. Other than that, the associates were nice location is perfect. Price was so worth it. $80 for 2people w/half hour of playing. Can’t wait to go back!
Absolute fun event to go to with a group of friends. We did the squid game and one of the horror games. JP was great as a host. The place was pretty clean and staff were really friendly. Would 100% come back, if you do go make sure to wear something light as you will have a workout!
