I had Achilles surgery a little over a year ago and my recovery journey would not have been the same without Dr. Shaw. From the very beginning, she was genuinely invested in my progress, not just physically, but mentally too. She understood how important it was for me to regain strength along with my confidence, and she pushed me at the right times while always making sure I felt supported. I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance and would recommend her to anyone going through recovery or physical rehabilitation!

Kyra at SandersFit was absolutely incredible throughout my recovery. After my microdiscectomy and laminectomy to address a herniated disc and sciatica, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in my progress every step of the way. She took the time to understand my limitations, built a thoughtful recovery plan, and helped me regain both strength and confidence in the gym. Because of Kyra’s guidance and encouragement, I was able to safely return to playing golf and get back to my normal activities. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone coming back from injury or surgery.

I’m sad to say that I’m repeat customer (different injuries) but so happy to come back to SandersFit Rehab! Bri makes it so easy to get set up and scheduled (texting for this felt odd at first, but being able to just send a text to schedule or adjust appointments is so convenient)! Ashley is a phenomenal PT! Great at checking in on how you are feeling and setting the plan for the day based on what will be challenging for you each day. The environment is upbeat, energetic and focused on getting you back to your best!

Kyra is amazing I’ve had a lot of trainers throughout my career but Kyra is definitely at the top of my list! Bri is amazing, always welcoming with a smile, gets back to you ASAP, attentive and a great person to be around.
