Whoever was working the phone today was incredibly rude and not helpful. Scoffed when I didn’t know the size of my engine and was going to make me drop my car for the day for a battery change that doesn’t take more than a few minutes because “they’re a busy shop.”I ended up going elsewhere for half the price they quoted and a lot more courtesy

Great experience with Santos. Andrew diagnosed a faulty ground wire that had been baffling mechanics for months. I'd almost given up on the vehicle, but Santos got me back on the road and with a very fair price. I will absolutely use them again!

They lost our business because of their rude phone etiquette. 30 seconds call and hung up on us. Called NOLA automotive instead and they were perfectly considerate and immediately helpful, we were back on the road in two hours.
