This is a vendor on vendor review: I recently had the absolute PLEASURE to communicate with Sam of Sara Walker Events. I almost don’t know where to begin other than to say, it’s pretty rare I am moved by the professionalism and dedication of another vendor to seek out a way to leave a review but Sam is excellence personified. The lengths Sam went to finding short notice vendors for a bride may truly find her canonized as a saint. Sam communicates clearly, efficiently, with kindness and Sam is just downright a delight. Sara and Britta were a pleasure to work with. We had a last minute event that we needed to execute and they worked side by side with me to make it happen. I recommend working with them as a vendor, as they are highly responsive and they were on top of the important details to execute this last minute event which made my job a lot easier!
All events and especially fundraising events are stressful, time-consuming, and filled with detail after detail. Sara and her team at Sara Walker Events supported Girls Inc. of San Antonio and produced the most beautiful and successful luncheon in 2023.
