Sarah addresses everything at a pace that works for me. Her individualized care and attention is part of my road to healing. After years of failed attempts I now see the importance in taking the time needed to heal and not giving up. Its time to put an end to the YOYO world I hv been living in. Ps (secret exposed lol) there were many times i wanted to cancel due to what I thought were “bad weeks” but those were the ones that really needed Sarah the most cause reviewing everything with someone who has complete compassion and understanding is ultimately teaching me not to give up or “throw my hands up in the air” so now these are the “learning weeks” that are constantly improving! Love yourself, love your journey and simply keep working at it. Thank you!

My appointment was scheduled for two days ago and I woke up feeling quite ill then reported that to Sarah at our appointment time. She said this is not a problem and don’t be concerned. We can reschedule when you feel better. I was grateful as I wasn’t sure I could really absorb much information at that time. so we met today for our first consultation and it went well. Sarah is clear knowledgeable and was able to share a couple important factors for me recovering from gallbladder surgery. I’m glad it got her in my corner.
