This has to be a joke of a store. Saving station 🤣 and you have to apply to get a quote. There is no saving what so ever here

Harold and Susan are amazing! I love my new furniture! Highly recommend giving them your business over major box stores and it will probably be cheaper for you! Not to mention- who doesn't want to support a fellow Toledoan's small business?! They've got a great selection in their showroom and even more going on digitally for those more particular or indecisive! They quoted me 3 weeks for its arrival once ordered - it came in 2. (I loved the text updates btw) They delivered it to my living room the very next day as promised. I really can't tell you how pleased and grateful we are with our new furniture and the customer service we received shopping here. Thank you Harold & Susan!!!! God Bless!!!!

We’ve gone to Saving Station several times over the years, for furniture upgrades. Our most recent experience was THE BEST HANDS DOWN! Our delivery service was IMPECCABLE! The guys that arrived were, Duane & Ricky, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get our furniture in our home, due to the circumstances of our oddly sized door entrance. I was ready to give up, and place a different order for something smaller…but they GOT IT DONE!! Very please with this company, which is why I keep returning, when we’re tired of the current furniture LOL.

I will get my furniture from them EVERY TIME ! The furniture is great quality . And the people that run this are EVERYTHING ! We went in excited as new home owners and they sent us home to take measurements and do some color planning and we just felt like we were genuinely in good hands . 10/10 service !

This store provides excellent customer service. Our shopping adventure was hectic and stressful, because lets face it, who wants to spend a bunch of money on furniture? But, when we arrived we were warmly greeted and told to ask if we had any questions. The selection was a little slim, but very nice furniture for a very good price. My boyfriend went to pick up our furniture and the owner himself helped load everything into the truck. I will be shopping here again and referring friends and family.
