We had a high-end, multi-course, plated dinner event for 50 people at my work venue. Cindy, Chef Matt, Manager Matt, were all so great to work with throughout the whole process. They helped us work through every detail and every challenge we faced leading up to our event. They provided great food and A+ service at the dinner. Our guests were all VERY happy, as was my entire team. We'll be working with them again!

Schaffer did an incredible job catering our wedding last October! From our very first time meeting with the team, they were the epitome of professional, thorough and enthusiastic. They were mindful of all dietary restrictions and super flexible and open to all of our ideas, from a more non-traditional dessert of mango stick rice to our request for late night pizzas. Our guests could not stop raving about the food all night long!

These guys are AMAZING!! I hired them to do a birthday party for 150 people for my girlfriend and it was, in a word, Spectacular! Everything from the food (chicken and waffle skewers with spicy honey *my fav!) to the super friendly staff and the super funny bartender mixing the drinks. They came in and set up an entire kitchen in my garage. I was a bit concerned when I saw how much equipment was unloaded but my worries proved to be unfounded at the end of the evening. They actually left my house cleaner than it was before the party. The best part of it was my girlfriend being completely blown away. I look forward to working with these guys again very soon.
