My son is 12 years old and has been looking for a place he could feel connected to and wanted. It has only been a couple months but the School Of Rock Lubbock has taken a quiet kid and given him amazing confidence! It has translated to every part of his life. He is even excited to go back to school now! I feel like the School Of Rock Lubbock will be part of our lives for a long time.... thank yall so much! Happy Dad

Fantastic camp experience for our 6-year-old. We had to drag him out at the end of each day. He got experience on multiple instruments and they even had a fun concert at the end of the week. He can't wait to go back. Staff was friendly and patient with them. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore their child's musical aptitude.

Love everything about the program!!! The private lessons combined with a performance group is a winning combination. I had previously taken private lessons elsewhere for more than 2 years but ultimately quit because I felt like I wasn’t making progress. When I heard about the Adult Band program, I decided to give a try; I love it! I have learned far more in the last 6 months than the 2 years of private lessons alone. Kevin Long and Jeremy Borden are amazing instructors. Amber Beadles and Mark Morgan run the program with integrity. I recommend the program to everyone!!!

My son’s one year anniversary of attending SOR is this week and I cannot tell you enough good things about this place. He is thriving and has come into his own here. I am constantly amazed by how much he and his band mates progress each and every time they perform. He started with the summer camp and was hooked. It’s his happy place. His second home. It’s one of the only places where he can be unapologetically himself and. I one will make him feel bad about it. The owners, instructors, and other students are always so supportive of each other. If you are hesitating at all about starting your kiddos (or yourself) on the program, stop hesitating and just do it. Budge it in, it’s worth every penny, I promise!

My son has attended for a little over a year now, from novice musician as a 6th grader, to a current member of the house band an 8th grader. The Beadles and staff are amazing people genuinely interested in making musicians out of these youngsters, not just the theatrical glam-rock we watched on MTV. We've had the pleasure of seeing other SoR groups perform from all over the area and we're very proud to say we're members of the Lubbock SoR. There's no shortage of extremely talented instructors. I would recommend to anyone who's children show interest in music.
