This company left a big hole on the fascia on the side when they were replacing the roof, and we discovered it only now when we accessed the attic. Water was coming down the walls, and having the new roof we could not understand why. Called them two times over the last 5 days and no one responds, nor returns my call. Not good!

Schwander Hutchinson roofing has been great for me. They have been professional and very reasonable. They have done several roof changes on my properties but also they will take of minor roof repairs at a reasonable cost. I use them and nobody else Mikeatcarpetcorner

I am so impressed with the professionalism and high level of skilled craftsmanship that I witnessed with Schwander Hutchinson. From start to finish they were superb. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend them for a new roof. I really can't say enough. It was like watching a well rehearsed symphony. 15 workers and the roof was completed in 1-1/2 days. PERFECT !

Aaron and the team were prompt and professional. The roof was done right the first time and they left my property cleaner than they found it. I would definitely have my roof done by Schwander Hutchinson again...no complaints.
