You can choose literally any other dermatologist and receive better care. They do not care about their patients. And if you’re trying to get in contact with anyone forget it, the phone is NEVER answered doesn’t matter what time of day you call! If you care about your medical condition and skin then don’t choose this place because I can assure you they do not care!

Since they switched to a new system, they’ve been charging me incorrectly. I haven’t visited in months, yet I still get monthly texts demanding payment. Calling during business hours is pointless, they rarely answer. When they did, they blamed the third-party system and sent me back and forth with zero resolution. Unprofessional and unacceptable. —————————————————— 3 weeks after: Following my last comment, the payment issue is still unresolved - like they always do. I continue to receive letters about payments that do not exist. I contacted the Solution Team as instructed in their last reply, and no one responded. Staff should understand how the system works before making changes. Clients should not be held responsible for internal system failures.

I went to this place and was seen by Dr Friedman. He only spent exactly 1 minute with me and was not intrested to listen to my issue. He hardly bothered to examine me. He has two other assistants in the room with him. So there was no privacy either. Horrible place and very unprofessional Dr. Don't go there if you have other choices.

My main concern when I see any physician is empathy and compassion. It's rare to find healthcare professionals who actually actively listen without judgment. Dr. Shah and the medical assistant, Susana, both made me feel comfortable and understood. From eye contact to facial expressions, their body language implied they knew I was educated on the skin I've been living in for decades and they wanted to help me feel comfortable with the treatment I was going to receive. Kudos to this team! I can't wait to see the improvements on this skin care journey with them!

I would give this office one star. My appointment was delayed by over an hour, and when I was finally seen it lasted barely five minutes before being sent off. I was told a prescription had been sent to the pharmacy, but it never was. After calling the office multiple times, I was told the doctor hadn’t prescribed anything, and despite promises of a call back, I never received one. Four days passed with no update, and I had to keep calling daily just to be told the doctor was still unresponsive and no one knew what the prescription should be. The office feels rushed, overbooked, and very disorganized (Specifically Front Desk Helpers). They need to slow down and prioritize patient care instead of volume. My issue still has not been resolved. I would recommend to see other dermatology groups.
