Working with SCION Staffing is a wonderful experience. They are professional, kind, insightful, strategic, and so much more. I specifically worked with Ex Hopson who is outrageously smart. They brought the project in on time, on budget, and provided the board with exceptional candidates. Because of the work of Ex and SCION, Good Work Austin had an embarrassment of riches to select from. We are in the process of onboarding now, but I can't imagine ever working with anyone, or any firm, besides SCION.
Working with Ex at Scion made a tough job easy and enjoyable. He was organized, attentive and quick to respond. The process was clear at every stage. We were happy with the candidates that were put in front of us and Ex provided his input when necessary. Hiring the new ED for Good Work Austin was a positive experience and we're excited to move forward.

My apologies if this is a lengthy review, I can’t say enough good things about the Scion Staff (based out of Austin), 5 stars just isn’t enough. With the excellent and professional guidance of both Elissa and Sydney, I was able to find not only a new position, but also a company that I feel passionate working for! My first meeting with Elissa was wonderful and insightful. She took the time to really get to know me to ensure that I would be a good fit for Scion’s client. As we continued to get to know each other, she offered very helpful ideas for my own benefit. As the process went on, both Elissa and Sydney were both wonderful at communicating where we were at in the process, and really helped keep me engaged in the opportunity, even though days may have lapsed during the interview process. Both Elissa and Sydney are upbeat and a real pleasure to talk to, in fact, now that I am in my role I do miss hearing from them! As a final remark, I would say be confident in Scion Staffing, especially Elissa and Sydney. If I am ever in a position to be able to work with them again, I would do so in a heartbeat!
