Scrambled absolutely nails it with fresh, flavorful breakfast and brunch classics. From fluffy omelets and perfectly seasoned breakfast burritos to their amazing pancakes and loaded skillets, every dish is thoughtfully prepared and full of delicious home-style flavor. The portions are generous, and the coffee is strong just how brunch should be!

Scrambled is a POPULAR MEXICAN-AMERICAN BRUNCH SPOT w/ delicious fusion meals and warm coffee to kickstart the day. It’s not a shock that this is one of the TOP places to eat on Yelp’s Central Valley - South list. You’ll immediately notice Scrambled’s Yelp award at the check-in table. Here’s why they have an award: Upon arrival, you’ll notice Bakersfield locals come here. We waited about 20 mins as it was quite full inside and we arrived during a Saturday morning (on Valentine’s Day). All sorts of guests visit, families, couples, seniors etc. I overheard the regulars say there’s excellent mimosas here, I didn’t try them but they looked good. Each patron had something positive to say and had a fun little story about their visit to Scrambled. As for my meal, my Mom and I both got cafe de olla which is essentially a Mexican blend of coffee with a hint of cinnamon. Fantastic! Next, I knew this place was known for its Mexican breakfast AND scrambles, so I decided to try the best of both worlds. I ordered a chile verde scramble. The flavor was really good, everything felt homemade. The meat could’ve been slightly more juicy, but everything worked so well I didn’t mind it. The ambiance was moderately noisy, yet relaxed. I got an authentic cafe vibe here as my Mom and I were able to hold a conversation without having to raise our voices. My Mom said she got an authentic Mexican cafe vibe, I can see it! Everyone was super sweet and professional, I felt right at home.

I don’t know what is it exactly but right after I ate here , I started to feel nauseous & I began throwing up for the whole day , I couldn’t move around a lot because then I would have been throwing up & getting heat flashes

Great American breakfast always consistent, don't recommend the chilaquiles probably won't ever try any other Mexican dishes, if you want authentic chilaquiles go to El Mercado Latino and to the restaurant Las Cascadas and they will do you right. Overall great place.
