Kemarny was on time and explained all that he was doing in my A/C. He was very personable as well as professional. He did a great job and represented SeaCoast very well. I have a pre-Paid package with SeaCoast and this was a yearly maintenance check-up.

You send out a salesman, I call them order takers. There is no follow up calls to find out if you are happy and ready to purchase. I can only assume they are used to dealing with folks with ac units that are not functioning and are on their hands and knees ready to write you a check if you would please put in the system today. These type salespeople would be fine at a register at Walmart. I can only say I was ready, willing, and able To have two systems put in right away in my duplex, If the price is right. Sorry, you lost a sale.

Great customer service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. Martin was thorough with our maintenance call and cleaning out A/C. Austin quickly corrected a calibration with our thermostat. They were great with scheduling and working around my schedule. Thanks Sea Coast!
