We recently purchased a home through Woolcott and our agent was Angus. I cannot express enough how amazing this whole experience was. Angus was the best match for us, understanding everything we needed, wanted and he put in so much effort for us to find out perfect fit. Angus listened to everything we said, and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to find a new home, rental or to sell your current home. We put our trust in Angus and it paid off. Micaela was absolutely incredible to work with during our first home purchase. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she made the entire process feel smooth, clear, and stress-free. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead, making sure we understood every detail and felt comfortable with each decision. We are extremely happy and thankful to have had Anita McGowan handle the sale of our Oakville property. Anita was a very pleasant person to deal with and exceptionally hard working. She helped us navigate our tenants who were doing their best to try to hinder the sale process by refusing to leave the property during viewing and keeping unkempt interiors and exteriors. Feedback from viewers were promptly shared with us and strategies were developed/updated to adjust to the rapidly changing market driven by an oversupply, insufficient buyers and us sellers expecting pandemic pricing levels. Anita helped us understand and navigate the rapid change from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. While the sale price was not what we had hoped for, we felt happy with it and got even happier after we did a “post-sale” check of our comparable!! Anita’s personal involvement again showed up when she helped safeguard our interests when reviewing and responding to the conditions governing the sale. All in all a great experience and if it was not for her hard work and unvarnished feedback – the property would perhaps still be on the market. Not only do we strongly recommend Anita to other buyers/sellers but have decided to consult her if a situation presents itself. From a brief professional encounter to the beginnings of a new friendship!!

I worked with Woolcott to sell my parents' home and find my own. Absolutely wonderful, professional, dedicated team that were there for every step. Erin sold my parents' home after their passing and was so great, during every step of the process. So professional and just so supportive. And the way they staged the hone with the existing furniture! Amazing...it looked like a different house. I cannot thank Erin enough for all she did for me and my family. Then I reached out while I was looking for new place and Brad found me the perfect place quickly and found exactly what I was looking for. Great communication, prompt action and excellent at what they do. Highly recommend!

Olivia was our realtor helping my mother-in-law, my husband and myself as well as our nine month old daughter find a home she is the best agent we have ever worked with. She really walked us to the process. Let us know everything that we needed in order to succeed finding the most beautiful place for our daughter And guided us. She has an excellent sense of humour and an even bigger heart.
