I saw Megan at Seaport Medspa in South Boston. She was AMAZING. I had been looking to find a new botox/filler nurse in the city and came across Seaport Medspa. The ambiance is great at the location, in an easy to get to spot, and the check in process is seamless. Megan spent the time to review my previous filler experiences and we talked through the different options that would be best fit for my face. Throughout the appointment, she made sure to talk through what she was doing and kept my mind off the actual injections. This was the first time a lip filler appointment was actually enjoyable, thank you Megan! Also, go with their homemade numbing solution, it works wonders and I did not feel a thing! 10/10 for Megan C at Seaport Medspa!!!

Love coming to the Seaport Medspa! The staff is also super helpful, kind, and responsive. Definitely recommend microneedling with Nurse Ashlee. I did a package of three and really enjoyed my experience. I see a change in the texture of my skin. Thanks Medspa!

Seaport Med Spa has been absolutely amazing and has super kind staff. This was my first time ever getting Botox and I was really nervous, but Ginny at the Southie location was incredibly helpful, consultative, and gave me a super natural result that was exactly what I was looking for. They also offer a 2-week check in with free touch ups in case you had questions or concerns or needed a little more in certain areas. I highly recommend using Seaport Med Spa!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Katie! From start to finish she was so kind, welcoming, and beyond professional. She explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail is unmatched and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I walked out feeling amazing and so confident & honestly the best med spa experience I’ve ever had. Katie is incredible and I can’t recommend her enough!

Seaport Medspa is such a beautiful and warm, welcoming space. I’ve been seeing Katie, and she’s been absolutely amazing. She’s super knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. She really took the time to understand my goals and guided me through each procedure. I’m so happy with my results and excited for my ongoing treatments. Highly recommend both the spa and Katie!
