I saw Dr. Hollien last month for a McGill method appointment for sciatica. He was able to quickly identify the cause of the pain and symptoms and then coached me through the exercises of the McGill program and taught me many helpful everyday tools to manage my pain and symptoms. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions I had about the back. I am now feeling better since my visit and I would recommend going to Seaport Spine for a McGill method appointment for anyone dealing with sciatica/back pain.

I found the McGill method after trying many solutions unsuccessfully for my L5/S1 disc herniation and bulge, and Ryan / Dr. Hollien is a certified practitioner. The appointment was 3 hours and very thorough (really nice having gone to all the PT sessions that were just 20, 30, 40 minutes long!). I came away with a concrete plan for not only PT moves, but what to do day to day in my spine hygiene routine. I am feeling much better and would really recommend this!

Dr. Hollien was able to make time to see me while I was visiting from out of state and had a neck and shoulder pain episode. He was thorough in his questions and after a quick adjustment I was able to feel some relief to be able to continue my vacation. I appreciate very much the care that Dr Hollien provided and would recommend for any local or out of the area patients to visit him if needed.

Lost mobility to turn to my right one morning from a really bad neck sprain that did not get better with ice/hot at-home treatments and/or rest. On the third day I went to Dr Ryan and felt instant relief. The next day I regained mobility. He estimated that 3 rounds of treatments should solve the issue and it did. I had my last visit today and I have regained full mobility now with no pain. Dr Ryan built rapport with me right away and was really honest and empathetic. Did a super thorough assessment, and provided effective treatments. So grateful he was able to help me in such a short amount of time. All the staff there are so sweet. Love this clinic. I would recommend it to anyone with neck or back problems. They will take great care of you here.
