Honestly, avoid this place like the plague if you can & go elsewhere. Next day turn around, yet you’ll get what’s expected with that. Tried on my garments after they were done, which was pointless. A few of my $130+ dresses were hemmed crooked, I showed the girl at the front who agreed it was crooked, then got the woman behind the back and was met with nothing but gaslighting and an aggressive manner and was made to feel like dirt on the bottom of the woman’s shoe. Paid, left, and then got a call from the seamstress who then continued to tell me the dresses weren’t crooked and they “needed a press” & “it’s your posture” and that “she’d been doing it for years”, “I’m sorry you felt that way, but…” Then said she would fix it, FOR A FEE! I have gotten home, taken a photo of the “straight hem” she was adamant about, and of course, nothing but an uneven hem line. They are now not answering their phone after several tries and no accountability. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.
