Very knowledgeable about cleaning charge ports out. I ordered a special tool online, didn't work. Guy at tmobile store used a tool, didn't work. But this guy used a tool for 30 seconds and got it back to normal!

Walked in with a phone that had water in the port and my own failed attempts to clear it out, left 5 min later with a perfectly functioning phone! He even gave me a quote for replacing my battery and I am definitely coming back to do that. Also, parked right outside the store. Literally couldn't have been easier.

Walked in today without calling ahead of time to ask about having the port on my Pixel 8 checked out since it was having difficulty holding in charging cables. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and immediately helped with getting some compacted lint out of the port. Immediately the port was able to hold a charge cable in it and was charging well again. Would come back here for any other repairs / fixes / phone concerns

Honestly the best repair shop ever, dropped off my ipad and he somehow gets it working without repairing, he did not charge me. I also want to mention that his pricing is very good compared to other places, and the turnaround time is also really good too! Highly recommend. Will definitely come back for future repairs.
