This place will absolutely go the extra mile for good customer service! I just had my phone screen replaced here, and when I said I was still having problems, they ordered a nicer, fancier screen, and installed it in one day, free of charge. I have gone here before and will continue to for such quality repair and service!
I do not think that there is enough words that can express my gratitude to Jesper and everyone apart of the GoEBITS staff. I had an issue with my MacBook that looked as if I had lost my data for good, but after some time, not only were they able to recover my data, but everything appeared on my new computer the way it had looked on my previously broken MacBook which is incredible. More importantly than that, Jesper, and everyone that helped with my case were so dedicated to figuring out my issue and I really can’t thank you all enough for that. Their dedication and character is truly outstanding, and for that I am truly grateful.
I’ve had two of my devices repaired here, and both times I was lucky to have Jenny assist me. She was always clear, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve had a great experience with her service, she really knows what she’s doing! This will definitely be my go-to place for future device repairs and questions.
I've been here for my macbook twice, and now a phone screen repair. They offered me a tempered glass screen protector for being a repeat customer! Super fast fix, I paid way less than if I had gone through an Apple Store ($300 or so for a full screen replacement and tempered glass protector), and there are lots of easy places to work nearby with good Wi-Fi and good food! Always happy to support a small business who is doing great work :) Love it here!
This was, hands-down, the best data recovery experience I’ve ever had. I had spilled water on my laptop, but after 5 days of drying it out and not turning it on, it worked perfectly fine. I thought I had been blessed by the tech gods until six weeks later, when it suddenly and completely died. When I took it to Apple, they told me I needed to send it out to a place that would charge me $3,500+ to recover the highly sensitive and important data I hadn’t managed to back up—money I didn’t have. I found GoEBITS and took a chance. Jasper and his team were always realistic with me about what might happen, and always clear on pricing as their work progressed. I really thought all hope was lost. But somehow, after weeks of patience and painstaking work, they managed to get ALL the data off the machine, for less than a quarter of what I would’ve had to pay at the place Apple directed me to. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much, Jasper!
