⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Town of Gilbert told me I used 90k gallons of water in 30 days — a major leak! It turned out to be my 70’ service line, mostly under concrete. I got quotes from three plumbers, and Kyle at Second Option Plumbing was the only one who gave me a firm price and clear plan. He recommended replacing the old corroded pipe with a new PEX line instead of patching it. The job came out perfect, on time, and exactly as quoted. Kyle was honest, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend Second Option Plumbing!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Charles came out to my house to deal with a sump pump. He took care of it. He was honest and professional and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Had a hose that we couldn’t get off our hose bid Found Second Opinion on Yelp with great reviews, also checked google and their license at AZ ROC. They are a small FAMILY OWNED business which means A LOT to us and we try to support as much as we can. I had called 3 other companies (also found on yelp) but they all charged a trip fee for a quote that would be applied to the invoice – UMMM NO THANK YOU. All I heard was “we will milk you for all we can get” All of these companies have had to have dealt with a seized hose on a hose bib in the past and should know the cost. Called Second Opinion on 10/16/25 and spoke with Cassandra. NO trip fee and quote would be given when the plumber arrived (next day 10/17/25) Joe Bushnell arrived PROMPTLY at 8am. I showed him the hose situation. He tried to remove it with 2 pliers but to no avail. He ended up cutting the hose off and then cutting the hose fitting off within 30 minutes. Explained that the 2 different metals of the hose attachment and the hose bib cause this to happen and gave us suggestions of what types of hose we should look for in the future. To say it was a FANTASTIC experience from beginning to end is an UNDERSTAEMENT. If we EVER need ANY plumbing issues taken care of Second Opinion is who we will call. THANK YOU

Second Opinion Plumbing was sent to my office for plumbing repair. They provided same day service and excellent communication by sending status updates via text and email prior to set appointment time. Employee was professional and able to fix the plumbing issue promptly. I would highly recommend.
