We went to Seito Sushi Sand Lake after a long day at the park, and it was honestly the perfect plan. The whole experience felt elevated but still easy — exactly what you want when you’re tired but still want something nice. We ordered: • Yuzu margarita (so good, fresh and well balanced) • Hamachi tiradito • Two of their signature rolls (don’t remember the names, but both were excellent) • Miso soup with a subtle truffle touch • Chicken bao • Yuzu dessert Everything was beautifully presented and really flavorful. The hamachi tiradito and the rolls were definitely highlights. The ambiance is also worth mentioning — dim lighting, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a very safe and solid option whether you’ve been at the parks or out shopping all day. Would definitely come back.

For years I have been an avid old fashioned drinker. Never did I think walking in Seito today would change that. I have to commend Danny, the creator of this drink. Who knew Satori & Soda would be a match made in heaven for me. I am going to have to take a bottle home. Thanks again

This is probably the best sushi in central Florida, the restaurant is very decorative and ultra modern. The sushi was really fresh I enjoyed the spicy tuna roll.

We've eaten them as a takeaway option multiple times. It hits so good after a long day at the parks. We finally came in and ate in, it's an experience and taste of elevated sushi. Order the distinguished gentleman, you'll not regret it.

It’s hard to find good sushi anywhere especially in Orlando but this place is by far the best. Always fresh, good quality and quality as well.
