Seki Gadgets was super helpful with the repairs to my Nintendo Switch. They were easy to get in touch with, and very accommodating especially as I wasn't sure exactly what was going wrong! They provided details and specifics about what my device was probably struggling with, and then explained to me at pick-up what was and wasn't consistent with their expectations and how it was all resolved. Their repairs were so skilled, it's made my device run so well I forgot it was nearly ten years old. Seki Gadgets also worked quickly and reliably, which I really appreciated as it meant that I was able to get my Switch fixed before I went in for surgery. I have had a much more relaxing recovery thanks to them!

Amazing service that greatly exceeded my expectations. Cracked Nintendo Switch screen was replaced far quicker than anticipated with the console return to me in near new condition. Exceptionally happy with the service by Shaun and the Seki team. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Shaun was able to replace the hdmi port on my son’s Xbox Series S when other electronics workshops were not. The service was prompt and extremely professional and the result was spot on. Good value, too. Highly recommend.

We had my daughter’s iPad fixed and couldn’t be happier with the service. Shaun was so helpful in every way — such a down-to-earth guy, very honest and realistic about timelines and the service involved. The pricing was affordable, which was amazing, and he shared that they’re a small family business. You can really see the care they put into fixing devices. Shaun also mentioned they do follow-ups and check-ins, which is such a thoughtful touch and something you don’t see everywhere. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them!!

Shaun was knowledgeable and great to deal with! Not only did he diagnose and fix my HDMI port issue on my PS5, he did a thorough service and clean, returning my PS5 in immaculate condition all within 24h. Cost was fair too. I'd highly recommend using Seki Gadgets for any PS5 or console issues you have! Shaun will definitely be my go-to for any servicing or repairs I need in future.
