Hien Dinh was my Therapist for a knee issue I had. She was lovely to work with, very informative and knowledgeable. She showed me stretches and movements to help with the muscles around my knee. She made me feel like a friend hanging out and getting advice instead of a therapist. I'm actually going to miss seeing her once a week.
My mother has had two partial knee replacements and has been going here for PT and I am horrified by their lack of care, besides just giving excerscies. A physical therapist is supposed to massage and manipulate a patients muscles. For my mother, they Should be massaging her calf, her shins, and her upper thigh as well. They are not. Charging $300+ to expensive insurance per session to not massage a patient and just give someone a couple of exercises is robbery, and is debilitating for someone following orthopedic surgical intervention. My mom's leg has been twitching randomly and painfully. She has been in pain for a long time. This seems to be policy on the part of the facility, because my mom told me her physical therapist has a PHD and I don't know anyone with that kind of education who would ever even contemplate not massaging/manual manipulating the muscles with either guashas or their hands.
I started PT for lower back pain in January. I had a great experience working with Claire. I found her to be easygoing, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I have been without back pain for weeks now after spending a couple months going regularly. Would highly recommend Claire and this location.
Raven Buckner, PT is a wonderful physical therapist! Her hospitality and concerns for my injury very much appreciated. She’s time sufficient and tries to schedule around my work schedule. I’m looking forward to continuing working with her.
Both sets of physical therapy at this location, addressing different problems, were very effective. Most recently PT to strengthen my core with Sara Passaretti. She was outstanding! Consummate professional with just the right mix of hard work, motivation and compassion. Highly recommend her services.
