Paige is the one to go see. I have been seeing Paige for a couple years and she is better than anyone I have had. We recently did the BodyWorx massage and while it was a little less feel good at the moment, but I felt a lot looser after and found it to be really effective. Strongly encourage seeing her.

We scheduled yoga followed by massage and everyone in our group had a great experience. Angela led the yoga class and made sure all participants with varying levels of yoga practice were able to fully participate and enjoy their experience. For the massage sessions, we had appointments with Peggy, Stacy, Maddy and Leah. All of our massages were customized to our requests and comfort levels. Highly recommend all the ladies! We also had a positive experience working with Ian on the management team as we had some time schedules to work around and needed some booking assistance to get it all worked out. Thanks for the great experience!

I have been a loyal customer of Serenity for over a decade. I’ve purchased countless gift cards, referred many new clients, and even contributed to fundraisers over the years. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone again. I recently booked massages for myself and three friends. While my friends’ experiences were fine, mine with Emily was an absolute disaster from start to finish. She began by asking if I had any questions, but when I inquired about something as basic as trigger point massage, she brushed me off and told me I’d need to ask someone else. That should have been my first red flag, but I was still hopeful the massage itself would be decent. It wasn’t. She started with very light pressure (as many do), but when I asked if she could apply more, she flat-out ignored my request. Instead, she told me to “lean into the pressure”. I shouldn’t have to explain to a massage therapist that this is not how massages work. What I got instead was the equivalent of someone absentmindedly rubbing sunscreen on me for an hour—minimal effort, at times using only one hand, and overall distracted and disengaged. Not relaxing. Not therapeutic. Not even professional. I almost ended the session halfway through, and in hindsight, I wish I had. I left more stressed than when I arrived and absolutely furious that my very simple request had been ignored. To call this a waste of time and money is an understatement. To make matters worse, when I shared my experience with the manager, I was told it would be “made right.” All three of my friends—first-time clients—received courtesy calls the very next day. Me? Three weeks later, I still haven’t received a single call, email, or acknowledgment. Clearly, my years of loyalty mean nothing here. I am not someone who normally writes reviews, but this experience—and the complete lack of follow-up—demand it. This was unacceptable on every level. Save your money and go elsewhere. Serenity has lost my business, my referrals, and my respect.

I had such an amazing experience with Catherine! She gave me the most relaxing facial and my skin feels absolutely incredible afterward—so refreshed, clean, and glowing. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made the whole experience feel super comfortable and personalized. You can really tell she cares about her clients and their skin. I’ll definitely be booking with her again
