I scraped up the side of my car and they delivered the car back looking brand new. Their customer service is quick, transparent, and professional. They initially told me it would take 10 days to get the job done, but when I told them I needed the car to drive to Canada, they hustled and got my car ready in 5 days. They totally stepped up and accommodated my timeline. I can’t recommend them enough.

Oct.13.2025: Returned to Sernio's to check water leak in Driver's side foot well. They knew exactly what caused it (Sunroof Drain Holes Clogged Up) and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Great Staff, Work and Customer Service. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Great Customer Service. I am a returning customer . They understand your situation: Needing rental, ride to rental, ride home after leaving car for repair, call taxi...etc, Keeps you informed via voice mail of repair status, works with your insurance company . Front desk associate is kind and professional. They detail your Car when it is finished

I had the best experience at Sernio's Auto Body shop! Not only did they find a way to squeeze me in last minute, but it was ready within a few hours. Great service! High-quality Volvo certified repairs. Jessica was excellent with the repair updates and in helping me with the insurance claims process. Marvin was great in explaining the work involved, he made sure my car was spotless!

Bad experience with these people, no respect for time management they just nice before they take your car and after that they start talking rude. They put an estimate of 9000$ for 2017 Toyota Corolla and they left the left fender with no repair said the insurance didn’t approve it . Called me you car is ready for pick up I went there they said not today we sorry and kept it for 3 days more total of 25 days I don’t recommend any one to deal with that auto body for repairs
