Service was decent but almost took 3 hours to get my passenger window installed and that’s with appointment . He dropped the price due to wait which was the best thing he could do & Owner-son was steady calling bothering , i was already the shop the whole time with there employee , he was also confused why the window was still not at the shop if I was already there with my window removed over a hour . Alex did great on my car but owner should’ve helped him finish the job . Arrived at 3:20 pm and left by almost 6 pm I was the only customer there the whole time and no , window was not shattered so there was no cleaning to do .

Service Auto Glass is a life-saver. While in Fort Worth on business, my truck was broken into with side window being shattered not just once, but two days in a row. After discovering the first incident around 10:30pm, they worked with me that same night to get me scheduled for 8am the following morning. They were fast and efficient, and did great work. The morning after, I went back to my truck to find ANOTHER broken window. I called and was 10 minutes away from the shop, and they were able to get me in and out with zero notice. Can’t recommend enough, outstanding folks.

I highly recommend this place if you live in the DFW area. Alex was very pleasant and profesional to work with along with his workers. Got it done in less than 30 min. Prices are reasonable as well in comparison to others. Thank you guys!
