Had a really lovely brunch here. The food is amazing and Dalton, the manager, rocks! If you need a quick bite or just a refreshing drink, definitely try Session! Love the outdoor seating!

What a lovely brunch spot! Excellent flavors, service, and atmosphere! I came by around 12 on April 1 and Dalton, the manager, was so friendly. Not only that, but the food came very quick and was outstanding. I tried the “Your Dads Go To” which was a traditional 2 egg breakfast plate with house made turkey sausage, roasted hash, greens and a croissan as well as the “Money Green Leather Sofa” smoothie which was, in fact, green! It did not taste green however. The smoothie had a perfectly balanced, tropical, and refreshing taste. Sweet, but not too sweet. The sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly, a runny yolk with a perfectly cooked white. The greens had just enough dressing but not too much, a light and fitting white vinaigrette. And finally, my favorite part of the plate, the roasted vegetable hash! I can’t eat potatoes, so I often feel left out at breakfast sometimes as others enjoy home fries and hash browns. However, the roasted hash at sessions, a mixture of non-potato root vegetables like beet and sweet potato, kept me included in the meal! The hash didn’t fall victim to being too sweet . Rather, the hash was a perfect savory side to the eggs and house made sausage. Oh, and I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention how perfectly seasoned the house made turkey sausage was. The fennel flavor comes through so nicely! With a side of butter and jam, I enjoyed my meal both sweet and savory. Hot sauce was also available but the flavors in the dish were enough to satisfy me without it. I sat in the back outdoor section and the weather was amazing. The garden they have was just starting to bloom, and the pansies blooming reminded me of my grandpas garden as a kid. Overall a great, cozy, and delicious meal that your typical chain just can’t deliver. I definitely recommend stopping by Session for at least one of the refreshing drinks, if not a delicious plate! Ps: the bathroom was also very clean and comfortable to use which is a huge plus

Always consider the smoothies as a bowl! Good gluten free choices. The bacon is thick and crispy. The soundtrack is consistently good.

Saw this on and friends Instagram story and wanted to come try. We stopped in around 11pm for a later breakfast/lunch and parking was a bit tight as it's in a very busy strip mall. But, found some kind'of nearby. You order at the counter and seat yourself and food will be brought out. We lucked out and grabbed the last available table as someone had recently gotten up. There is more seating on a nice patio but, if it's cold outside, you'll be inside where it's a bit tighter. Decor inside is cute but minimalistic with plants and greenery. I chose a breakfast burrito and a smoothie. Smoothie was really really good, fresh and loaded with veggies. Not too watery bc I hate smoothies that are all juice/ice. The breakfast burrito was huge and a great portion. Would definitely come back.
