Waited an hour for food only to find out our waitress never put our order in

I wish ZERO was an option. We walked in & no one was at the stand to greet us. When they finally did come great us, they told us it would he a 15 minute wait, because the kitchen was behind in the orders. I asked could we be seated & be served coffee & before she could answer (blond hair lady) a brunette hair server walked up & said “No” & we along with a family of 4 walked out. The reviews online were positive however they had to be talking about a different place.

It was over an hour wait just to be seated, which was made worse by the host answering the phone and booking a party of 11 right in front of me without any greeting or even asking the caller to hold—something most professional establishments would do. Our group was only seated after some members of our party left, allowing us to fit at a smaller table. Even then, our food took over an hour to arrive. While we understood it was a busy Saturday, the quality of the food and service did not meet expectations. Several dishes came out cold, prepared incorrectly, or missing sides. When we brought these concerns to the manager, Korryn, the response was dismissive and lacked professionalism. At one point, when we requested a missing side of bread, we were brought two small pieces that appeared to be leftover scraps, which was disappointing. After asking to speak with another manager, we received a more understanding and empathetic response. He did offer to take a percentage off the total bill, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience—from the wait time to the service and food quality—was unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer experiences.
