Christine is a great instructor! She makes an early morning Saturday class fun… hard work… but fun! This studio is more spacious than Uptown.

Monday night Kat is my favorite instructor! She’s the best! Location is great. Friendly faces, clean environment. Been going here since September, highly recommend!

Gabrielle’s class was challenging and diverse! Different moves, easy to follow, & everything flowed beautifully. Endorphins were high and cool down was great😊

I LOVE Session. I’ve been to dozens of Pilates studios and there’s truly not one like this. I am someone with a dance background so having a class that goes to the beat of the music makes it that much better. Every instructor is incredible and they take the time to get to know everyone. Couldn’t recommend this studio more.
