Unfortunately Yazz was a hour late for my appointment time without a heads up nor compensation for this appointment or any future appointments. This impacting the rating of this service I received a silk press which I thought was cute but being a hour late for the service with no heads up no discount for the service or future services I will not be returning.

The wig style was really pretty. It looked really good and I received several positive compliments. I was not prepared and surprised for the a la cart pricing provided at the end. Transparency is important or at least communicating what is included and not included in the prices. Website should include all costs for wig services. Update Thank you for the feedback and additional clarity. Yes it was confusing with so many categories of pricing. I shopped around and quotes I received included the construction of the wig and the cost of the hair as one price. Adding labor costs plus the labor of shampoo and braid down was new! Now I know will try a sew in next time. Again the hair was gorgeous and you do great work.

I had such a great experience from start to finish! She really takes the time to understand the look you’re going for and makes sure you leave happy. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and I appreciate how much she prioritizes the health of your hair throughout the process. On top of that, she’s so easy to talk to and makes the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. The space was super clean and comfortable too, overall just an amazing experience.
