The customer service was good I had gotten my iPad fix with a broken screen there was a problem but through communication the issue was sorted out the only down side was the time it took for it to be repaid but it’s totally understandable overall. I had a good experience, but the repair took a decent amount of time. ( 3 days)

I do not see how the results are so high. The battery are either used or cheap aftermarket. Even day 1 of replacement the battery tested at 88% and started going down even further within 2 weeks. I did attempt to contact the owner who DID NOT Respond. Update….. The owner only responded after I left the bad review, too late, Your battery 🪫 cost me $700 Because the phone was rejected as my trade in because it was listed as defective. DO NOT GO HERE!!
