Great food without fake foods. Not a fast-food restaurant for pricing but good for taste. Can't be frequent for our family, but great for special occasions.

Nice resturant that is fairly large inside. You place your order on a touchscreen tablet which is nice as you can customize your ingredients and view all food and shake options. They bring the food to your table once ready. The Coffee Shake was very good, the Christmas Cookie Shake was ok, a little too sweet, but different. They only have a few flavor options as many are seasonal. The hamburger was good, a little greasy for me, but of high quality. The restaurant is kind of hidden just down the road from the Mall. Parking is a little limited, but there were spots. I would suggest going for the shakes, they were very good!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding First Visit Experience! This was our first time visiting the Shake Shack at 675 Camino De La Reina in San Diego, and it absolutely won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, Derrick set the tone for an exceptional experience. He warmly welcomed us by opening the door, then personally took our order and walked us through menu options with great suggestions for first-timers. Derrick was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and making sure guests enjoy their visit. The food was delicious and fresh, but the service truly stood out and made the visit memorable. Huge thank you to Derrick and the team for such a great experience — keep up the excellent work! 👏🍔🍟

Decided to try out shake shack for the second time, double shack burgers with bacon were insane, as was you Oreo milkshake special. Service was impeccable too, staff were so friendly!
